Welcome to College Park!

College Park offers affordable, convenient campus housing for more than 200 students. Students live in a learning environment that provides the benefit of living close to classes, the campus library, local resources, shopping, and security. And living at College Park is fun!

The eight-acre complex includes a swimming pool, clubhouse with big screen TV, laundry facility, computer lab, sand volleyball court, barbecue pavilion, and private mailboxes. These amenities add to the benefits received when leasing a College Park Residence. Your lease includes: water, sewer, trash, electric, and wireless internet. Your stay at College Park also includes meal plans for MAC's dining hall, the Cardinal Cafe!

Contracts are available for 2- and 4-bedroom units for an academic year, calendar year, or per semester lease. Residents are required to maintain a minimum of 6 credit hours per semester to reside at College Park. The individual lease allows each resident to be responsible for their portion of the lease agreement and not risk loss of electricity or other service because someone does not pay their portion. You are never responsible for your roommate's portion.

Students who wish to live at College Park for the academic year should submit their applications and Security Deposits before July 1 of the current year or ASAP to ensure their space. Applications received after May 1 are subject to waiting list status. Units are filled on a first-come, first-served basis by date order of application & deposit received. Housing rates are subject to change.

Academic Year Housing (August – May)*

  • 2 Bedroom/2 person: $3,000 per semester

*Pricing is per-person, per semester. Includes 15 meal plans per week.

Summer Housing (June & July Only)*

  • 4 Bedroom: $700 (or 2 payments of $350)
  • 2 Bedroom $800 (or 2 payments of $400)

*No meal plan offered during the summer.

Summer Rates for 12-Month Resident

  • 4 Bedroom: $1000 (or 2 payments of $550)
  • 2 Bedroom: $1200 (or 2 payments of $600)

Deposit and Fees

  • Application Processing Fee: $50
  • Deposit: $350 ($300 refundable if no damage to property is found)
  • Total: $400

This pricing schedule is a guide to ensure housing is paid by the end of the semester. Residents with scholarships, grants, loans, etc., will have a varying payment amount based on the financial aid award they receive. It is the student's/resident's responsibility to check their balance often on MyMAC under the Account Info tab and to keep up with their balance due. Payments can be made directly on MyMAC by going to the Account Info tab and clicking "Make Payment." Payments can be made in person at the College Park office or at Student Services.

The Cardinal Cafe provides MAC students with a variety of dining options! College Park pricing includes 15 meal plans per week/per semester for residents.
