3rd Annual MAC Radiothon Scheduled for November 3-4

Mineral Area College President Dr. Joe Gilgour will once again play radio host for a full day and night during the 3rd Annual MAC Radio: 24-hour Takeover of News Talk 94.3, a radiothon to raise funds for Mineral Area College’s Centennial Capital Campaign. Starting at 7 a.m. Thursday, November 3, until 7 a.m. Friday, November 4, Gilgour is taking over News Talk 94.3 FM in Farmington.

That’s right. A 24-hour radiothon to support MAC! You can support Mineral Area College by listening or donating.

Tune in during the radiothon to learn more about Mineral Area College, hear interviews with local sponsors, and see how a college president fares as a radio personality for 24 hours straight!

There are several ways to listen: Tune in to News Talk 94.3 FM on your radio or listen online at www.talk943.com. You can also follow MAC’s Facebook page for live-streamed interviews throughout the event.

All proceeds from the event benefit the Centennial Capital Campaign, a recently launched fundraising initiative to support major projects at MAC. Donations can be made here or by mailing a check to MAC Foundation, PO Box 1000, Park Hills, MO 63601. Indicate Capital Campaign in the memo.
