College Park Residences provide independent living for students of Mineral Area College and Central Methodist University on the Park Hills campus. Students reside in a convenient learning environment that provides the benefit of living close to classes, library, local resources, shopping, and security. And, living at College Park is fun!

The College Park community includes a swimming pool, club house with big screen TV, laundry facility, computer lab, sand volleyball court, barbecue pavilion, and private mailboxes. These amenities add to the benefits received when leasing a College Park Residence.

Your College Park lease includes: water, sewer, trash, electric, and wireless internet. The individual lease allows each resident to be responsible for their portion of the lease agreement and not risk loss of electricity or other service because someone does not pay their portion. You are never responsible for your roommate's portion.
