Bookstore closed for Spring Break
Bookstore hours are:
Monday thru Thursday 7:30 a.m.–7:00 p.m.
Friday 7:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
PICK UP cap & gown May 4 - May 8 in the Bookstore!
Rehearsal
- Friday, May 8, 2008 at 3:30 p.m. in the Gym
- Please plan to be there prior to 3:30 in order to pick up your name card
- Pictures will be taken (individual pictures….no group pictures) before and after rehearsal.
- Picture taking will stop at 3:25 in order to start rehearsal on time.
- More detailed picture information and forms will be distributed when you pick up your cap and gowns.
- Students graduating with honors will receive their gold cords at rehearsal
- Honor Program Students will receive their medallions at rehearsal
- Students involved in Clubs must get their club cords from their sponsor
Commencement Ceremony
- May 9, 2008 at 10:30 a.m. in the Robert E. Sechrest, Sr. Field House
- Arrive at the Arts & Sciences building at 9:30 in full attire
- Pick up name card on the table.
- Arts & Sciences Division table -- RLHA
- Career & Technical Division table – RLHB
- Your divisional dean will help you line up
Please be on time for both rehearsal and commencement as we have a very large graduation class and we work very hard to keep both rehearsal and ceremony to one hour. |
