Don’t wait until you’re going down for the third time before you look for help! The moment you find yourself in difficulty in any course is the time to give EXCEL/SSS a call. EXCEL ’s professional and peer tutoring staff provide individual, as well as group, tutoring by appointment or on a drop-in basis. It is best to anticipate your tutoring needs in advance so that you can be sure to get an appointment. However, if you find you need help at the last minute, we will do our best to help you.

EXCEL offers tutoring in all developmental and core education courses and many electives. Subjects in which students regularly seek assistance include math and English; American History and government; biology, chemistry, physiology, and accounting.
