Mineral Area College’s Student Information System (S.I.S.) allows currently enrolled students, as well as any student who has been actively enrolled since 1990, to access their academic and personal information, such as student schedules, transcripts, financial aid information and student billing, via the Internet. Grades may be viewed on your transcript if you are unable to access your grade report.

Students can also access the College’s course catalog and semester schedule using S.I.S. without being enrolled or using an ID or personal identification number (PIN).

You may enter your ID in the Student ID field or the SSN field.

All PINs will be reset to DOB on March 28, 2008.   Summer classes start June 9, 2008.  See your advisor to Register Now.

S.I.S. operates in a secure environment. Students must use their Social Security Number (SS#) and a Personal Identification Number (PIN) to access their personal information. Initial S.I.S PINs are created by using date of birth, which must be entered as MMDDYYYY. That is, if your date of birth is May 4, 1980, the initial PIN will be 05041980. The zeros are required.
