The College Park community includes a swimming pool, club house with big screen TV, laundry facility, computer lab, sand volleyball court, barbeque pavilion, and private mailboxes. These amenities add to the benefits received when leasing a College Park Residence.

The benefits College Park provides to residents have increased with the new lease program, they now include: water, sewer, trash, electric, Charter internet access and cable TV. The individual lease allows each resident to be responsible for their portion of the lease agreement and not risk loss of electricity or other service because someone does not pay their portion. You are never responsible for your roommate's portion.

Contracts are now available for 2 and 4 bedroom units for an academic year or a calendar year lease. The Residences are fully furnished.

*Residents are required to maintain a minimum of 6 credit hours per semester to reside at College Park.

Students who wish to live at College Park for the academic year should submit their applications and Security Deposits before May 1, of the current year, to ensure their space.
