Mineral Area College Law Enforcement Academy is designed to provide regional law enforcement training to law enforcement agencies and to students who are interested in achieving a career as a peace officer . The 1000 hour and 600 hour courses provide students with the knowledge and training needed to obtain a POST License.  The 1000-hour basic and advanced academy and 600-hour basic academy are currently being offered at MACLEA.We also offer a full range of Continuing Education Hours (CEH) for licensed Missouri police officers at both the student and instructor levels.  Very affordable contract CEH training rates are available.  Call us at 573-518-2148 or email rflotron@mineralarea.edu or pgolden@mineralarea.edu if you would like more information.
