MAC CTE Dual Credit is a partnership between Mineral Area College and regional comprehensive high schools and service area career and
technology centers. MAC CTE Dual Credit provides secondary career and technical education students with the opportunity to earn college course credit and begin an Associate of Applied Science Degree while still in high school. This exciting program is offered tuition free to regional high school participants. Students earn Mineral Area College technical course credit as they proceed through their secondary CTE program. Currently MAC CTE Dual Credit is available in sixteen different career clusters. See the Programs of Study page to access these specific degree program requirements and six year plans.
Participation in MAC CTE Dual Credit is open to qualifying regional high
school juniors and seniors. For information concerning applying for admission, contact your high school or career and technology center counselor, or the
