Check out the Databases page for listings of UMSL's Library databases either by title or subject. Once you find a database, click on the database and you will be prompted for your name and password. If you have trouble logging in to a database, please call UMSL's Library at 314-516-6034 for assistance.

Library Material

UMSL at MAC students may checkout library books housed in the general collection in the MAC Library. Students will need to know their UMSL student ID number and present a photo ID at the time of checkout. Use MAC Library's online catalog to find books and other materials such as videos, DVDs and course reserves.

If you need a book that is not in the MAC Library collection, search MOBIUS. If you find the book you want, click on "Request Item".

  • When prompted for your cluster, select Merlin.
  • When prompted for your student ID, key in your UMSL student ID number.
  • The "Pickup Cluster" will be Galahad.
  • The "Pickup Location" will be Mineral Area, Library.

An email will be sent to your UMSL email account when the MOBIUS books are ready for check out. You can check the status of your requests at anytime through your UMSL My Library Account.

You may pick up your MOBIUS books at the MAC Library Circulation Desk with a photo ID and your UMSL student ID number. MOBIUS books may be checked out for 4 weeks and may be renewed 2 times.
