Library Telecourse Tape Request

The library provides copies of telecourse videotapes for students enrolled in telecourse classes. Students may check out a set of tapes for the semester. Complete the form below to arrange for a set of tapes to be sent to the campus where you are located for pickup. The tapes are also available at the main campus circulation desk in Park Hills.
