Welcome to Multi-Cultural Literature! This class is generally quite eye-opening and interesting--even fun.  It involves an examination of the literature and, sometimes, films, of various cultures.  Through such an examination, this course enables the student to explore the many paradigms and structures from which various cultures operate and to obtain an appreciation for cultures other than one's own.

To help you benefit most from the class, I've provided you with this website as an adjunct to the materials and information I cover in class.  The menu to your left takes you to a recap of class assignments, the syllabus, etc.  Also, you'll want to check the announcements on at least a weekly basis.

I look forward to meeting each of you and to hearing your comments in our discussion groups.
