Each Spring the Mineral Area College Science Department jointly sponsors with the Univeristy of Missouri - Rolla a program which explores careers in mathematics and the sciences.  This one hour program given by UMR includes information on mathematics, science and engineering careers and their related college major areas of specialization. 

This year the program was held on Thursday, March 9 , 2006 , from 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. in the Little Theater of the Arts and Science Building on the Mineral Area College Campus.
