Program Description
The communications department gives the student a thorough background in broadcast history technology, mass media history and current status of related industries.  Students will acquire a solid foundation in the techniques of video, audio, and cinema production.  Students have opportunities for developing production skills through three levels of hands on production courses.

The communications program offers students the opportunity to develop a strong foundation in audio and video production, advertising, public relations, and news writing as well as exposure to careers in these areas.
