The seemingly open and shut case of a 19-year-old man who allegedly stabbed and killed his father becomes anything but during the jury's deliberations. A single foreign-born juror believes the young man is innocent and begins to open the other jurors' eyes to the facts of the case. As the debate continues, the jurors reveal their character, tempers grow short, and arguments grow heated.

MUSICAL: BYE BYE BIRDIE

When rock 'n' roll singer Conrad Birdie is drafted into the Army, his agent devises a last-ditch publicity stunt for Conrad to record and perform a song before he is sent overseas. Set in 1958, this satire on American society was inspired by Elvis Presley's draft notice into the Army in 1957.
