Fitz's Bottling Company 05/31/2007
Students toured Fitz's Bottling Co, learning about the history and proccess of bottling, marketing and selling rootbeer, as well as sampling some of the famous rootbeer themselves. They then explored the St. Louis Walk of Fame, which honors the lives of great achievers who have called the city "home". |

The St. Louis Art Museum 05/31/2007
During small group tours, guides at the St. Louis Art Museum explained how students can judge and appreciate several styles of art depicting history, political views, philosophy, world cultures, religious history, and more. |

College of the Ozarks & Missouri State University 05/03/2007
Ten eleventh graders, winners of the ETS II essay contest to visit two colleges in two days, toured and spent the night at the beautiful College of the Ozarks, also known as Hard Work U. On day two the students explored Missouri State University. |

The St. Louis Butterfly House 04/28/2007
Sixth graders explored the St. Louis Butterfly House, coming face to face with hundreds of butterflies from large to small and observed the proccess of metamorphosis before taking part in an educational and hands-on class about several unusual insects. |

Ice Skating 04/28/2007
Sixth graders laced up their skates and took to the ice with ETS II. With all the tricks and fancy footwork, few would have guessed that most had never skated on the ice. |

The St. Louis Zoo 03/17/2007
The ninth through eleventh grade field trip to the St. Louis Zoo included special tours of the Endangered Species Research Center and the Veterinary Hospital as well as a presentation on Zoo Careers. |

During ETS II week, students received free MAC T-Shirts as winners of the ETS II Refer-a-Friend Contest. On Friday, students took time out from school for a pizza party with their Academic Advisor. |
