Fitz's Bottling Company                                                                                   05/31/2007

Students toured Fitz's Bottling Company, learning about the history and process of bottling, marketing and selling rootbeer, as well as sampling some of the famous rootbeer themselves.  They then explored the St. Louis Walk of Fame, which honors the lives of great achievers who have called the city "home."

Inducted into the St. Louis Walk of Fame in 1992, Gyo Obata, earned his Bachelor of Architecture Degree at Washington University in St. Louis and went on to become an award winning and globally renowned architect.
