Job Description: The information for the Computer Technician I position is on there. I think that would be a perfect fit for a student. It is part time 25-29 hours a week M-F. Currently it isn’t a permanent position they are going to try it for 3 months and see if they need to make it permanent or even full time.
Min. Degree Req.: High School Diploma
Job Requirements: Posted 10/25/17 Monitor the help desk system and assign ticket to appropriate team member as needed, for all 3 locations. Respond to help desk tickets, via the system, in a timely fashion and work self-sufficiently to complete assigned tasks as swiftly as possible. Troubleshooting basic problems with company phones, tablets ,laptops, desktops, printers and network, will be required to complete tickets Additionally, basic troubleshooting or installation of hardware and software may be required After initial troubleshooting and clarification, escalate more complex problems to senior team members, by reassigning the ticket. Installation and configuration of new computers. Basic IP networking knowledge preferred but not required Great opportunity to obtain real work experience. Must be willing to learn. Work days- Monday-Friday, 25-29 hours per week Reports to IT Manager Daily report of work completed and turned in to IT Manager
