Help Desk Technician Mineral Area CollegeProvide in person, e-mail and phone assistance, coordination and follow-up to end users. Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues to minimize work time disruptions. Maintain hardware and software inventory, user access, and security. Communicate and educate end users. Assist with hardware/software testing, perform updates, and run diagnostics. Supervise and maintain computer labs. Special projects and other duties as assigned.
Part-time Enrollment Services Specialist Mineral Area College Provide excellent customer service when responding to student, faculty, and staff inquiries. Process enrollment for students, including special programs such as dual credit and Excel, and any/all enrollment exceptions including class cancellations and student/administrative-initiated drops/adds/withdrawals. Process and update student biographic/demographic data including name and address changes, personal information updates, field of study changes, honors contracts, enrollment verifications, and FERPA release/restriction requests. Manage scanning/indexing process for all registrar-related forms. Process outgoing transcripts. Assist with calendars, schedule book, and catalog updates. Maintain working knowledge of college services and programs to assist college and community. Serve as back-up to the front counter receptionist. Perform other duties as assigned by the Registrar.
