General Services Staff
| Mineral Area College | Perform a variety of tasks to assist the General Services Director in assuring the Mineral Area College campus is maintained in an attractive and appropriate manner. Operate motorized mowing equipment as well as floor machines and other equipment related to different job tasks. Assist in moves, set ups, and deliveries to and within the different Mineral Area College campuses.
Some responsibilities include performing landscaping work, installing and removing holiday decorations, identifying needs and completing work (painting, repairs, general maintenance work, etc.)

CTE Programs of Study Facilitator/Career Counselor
| Mineral Area College | Serve as the Career and Technical Education Programs of Study facilitator contributing to the successful development and implementation of the programs of study efforts through educating consortia members, faculties and staffs; educating business, industry, and parents; building a consensus driven plan that identifies and establishes a timeline for development and implementation of POS; developing tools that facilitate the POS implementation process; reporting data; participating and contributing to the development of a statewide articulation system; participating in curricular changes that impact the POS process. Participating in registration and pre-registration of classes, work with the C.A.R.D.S. Freshmen Orientation Program. Advise students regarding class selection, career options and college transfer. Attend state and national conferences and planning meetings pertaining to POS development and implementation. Serve on committees and other duties as assigned. |

College Park Assistant Manager
| Mineral Area College | Coordinate ‘move-in’ and ‘move-out’ processes for all residents. Prepare emergency information and unit condition reports. Distribute keys. Assist with Resident Assistants (RA) training. Supervise and evaluate performance of RAs. Plan and administer staff meetings. Organize, host and evaluate programs and activities. Voice resident concerns. Devise or modify methods or processes to solve problems. Develop, distribute, collect, and analyze data for the resident satisfaction survey. Provide immediate attention to visitors and residents. Assist with marketing. Give facility tours. Perform office functions including collection of monies, writing leases, processing repair orders, organizing conference housing. Provide On-Call responsibilities for emergencies. On-campus housing provided and required. Other duties as assigned. |
