Campus Police Officer MINERAL AREA COLLEGEUnder the general direction of the Director of Public Safety, routinely works an assigned shift and performs patrol duties on foot or by vehicle to protect the campus and visiting personnel, property, and facilities against accidents, bodily harm, fire, theft, vandalism and illegal entry; monitors buildings for breaches of security, criminal activity, building problems and malfunctions; eliminates and/or reports hazardous conditions; investigates incidents; provides assistance to staff and patrons on an "on-call' basis; reports incidents requiring police/public safety intervention; takes the necessary action within the limits of prescribed policies and procedures to correct situations or, if necessary, contacts the appropriate authorities for guidance and assistance; maintains daily activity log and completes official reports; enforces parking regulations, directs traffic and assists in crowd control; and performs other related duties as assigned.

Dean of Students MINERAL AREA COLLEGEDirect and supervise student services, focusing on enrollment management, student recruitment and retention. Coordinate student registration with admissions, advisement, counseling, assessment, financial aid, the business office, records and faculty. Direct and supervise student housing. Recommend policy. Supervise publication of the college catalog and student handbook. Manage student services budget. Facilitate communication of student services information to administration, students, faculty, staff, and the community. Evaluate performance of student services personnel. Recommend selection and dismissal of personnel for student services positions. Collaborate with other administrators to deliver cohesive, comprehensive and effective experiences for all students. Translate MAC’s mission, vision and strategic plan into meaningful objectives. Deploy resources and hold student services faculty and staff accountable for meeting objectives. Other duties as assigned by the President.
Outreach Center Director MINERAL AREA COLLEGEThe Farmington Outreach Center Director serves as a general outreach center supervisor, and as liaison between the main campus administration, faculty, registration, business services, financial aid, admissions, access, bookstore, etc., for both Mineral Area College and the surrounding communities. The Farmington Outreach Center is open from 4pm-7pm Monday throughThursday during the Fall and Spring semesters. Director responsibilities include scheduling courses, recruiting, retaining, and supervising instructors and staff, recruiting, retaining, registering, and advising students, preparing reports, managing the center budget, monitoring local learning trends, seeking opportunities to expand, making recommendations to improve operations, engaging a local advisory council, maintaining records, and many other duties.
