Administrative Assistant Mineral Area CollegeProvide skilled confidential administrative assistance including all secretarial responsibilities, make routine work decisions independently and perform duties requiring advanced computer skills, use perceptive judgment and discretion. Design alumni newsletter; enter and track alumni and donor data and generate reports using FundRaiser software; assist with special events (some weekend and evening hours required); design and maintain website; take meeting minutes. Report to the Executive Administrative Assistant to the President. Also, responsible for performing a variety of complex office tasks to provide support to the President and Mineral Area College Foundation Board and Alumni Services Office. Ability to interact with the general public graciously. Appearance and presentation must reflect a professional image.
