Help Desk Technician Mineral Area College Plan, schedule and implement installation and ongoing maintenance of campus computing services. Provide in person and phone assistance, coordination and follow-up to end users. Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues to minimize work time disruptions. Maintain hardware and software inventory, user access, and security. Communicate and educate end users. Assist with hardware/software testing, perform updates, and run diagnostics.
