Process correspondence for the Dean of Career and Technical Education Division, assist in collection of grade reports and grade verification sheets, assist with record keeping for funded programs, enhancement grant, etc., assist the Dean with faculty and student evaluations, maintain course syllabus file for Career and Technical Education Division, serve as hostess for training events and some of the Career and Technical Education Division functions, create and maintain customer files and data for customized training grants, process invoices and receive payments for company training, process and send reports, log and track spending for company training, submit requisition orders for faculty and staff, perform other duties as required.

Part-time Receptionist/Customer Service Representative Fredericktown Outreach Center Mineral Area CollegeSome day hours required, but serve as primary evening reception and information resource for the Fredericktown Center assisting public, student, and faculty walk-in traffic and answering telephone calls. Responsible for performing a variety of duties such as files management and general office tasks, and frequent computer use for both the Fredericktown Center and Dual Credit program. Responsible for assembling information in the reception area, maintaining lost and found items, maintaining forms supply, assisting with student enrollment and book sales, and other duties as assigned. Hours include working August through May, excluding scheduled holidays. Scheduled hours will typically be Monday through Wednesday 4:00 – 9:30 pm and Thursday from 5:00 – 9:30 PM.
