Assessment and treatment planning of clients, monitoring the activities of up to eight (8) Bachelors level treatment members (Community Support Specialist) to include but not limited to: routine staffing concerns and direction, review and audit of quarterly reviews, critical interventions, medical necessity in documentation, quality assurance checks with consumers and direction and guidance with interventions to include crisis intervention.

Assignment of a case load of approximately 25 mental health consumers and/or dual diagnosed with a substance abuse disorder. Maintaining a schedule, providing at minimum 25 hours of documented direct contact services with persons on your caseload weekly. Good follow through and follow up. Adherence to an individualized client treatment plan, amending treatment plans, providing quarterly reviews and maintaining a critical intervention for those consumers on the caseload. Professional Land Surveyor (PLS)  Cochran is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to perform as a full time Professional Land Surveyor. Must have extensive AutoCAD experience (Civil 3D a plus), able to perform office construction stakeout and boundary calculations, draw and review right-of-way plans, write and review legal descriptions, and draw and review easement exhibits. Candidate will also be responsible for gathering field data and drafting of topographic surveys, reviewing topographic surveys, and resolving right-of-way and property lines. This position requires the candidate to work with various members of the surveying project team as well as civil engineering staff. Ability to write proposals and bid projects a plus. Ideal candidate would be responsible for scheduling and coordinating field crews and have the ability to work independently without extensive supervision. Candidate would report to the Surveying Department Manager.
