We are an active part of life in Missouri’s Parkland, involved in helping businesses be successful, the continued growth of our industries and even the quality of life in the Parkland. Thus, we are viewed as a resource center! This status brings inquiries; both phone and walk-ins, for information sometimes even down to the phone number of an office or business. But in all cases, we attempt to provide the information requested. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Answer phones, screen and direct calls • Answer questions, proficiency with Google is necessary • Take and relay messages • Provide general administrative and clerical support to Chamber staff • Refer businesses and organizations to the public and/or to other businesses • Provide Farmington Info Packets
Min. Degree Req.: High School Diploma
Job Requirements:
Required Skills: • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures • Knowledge of computers and relevant software application • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices • Keyboard skills • Ability to work a multi line phone system • Attention to detail • Professional personal presentation • Stress tolerance • Ability to maintain confidentiality
