MINERAL AREA COLLEGE
Continuing Education
"It's never too late to be what you might have been." --George Elliot

The Continuing Education department at Mineral Area College includes both adult Continuing Education classes and the popular summer College for Kids program. These non-credit, low-cost classes are open to everyone in the Community. It is not necessary to be a Mineral Area College student or employee to enroll for any of these classes.

FEATURED CLASS: GO GREEN TO SAVE GREEN$$

You can save a few greenbacks by going green, and this class can show you how. "Go Green To Save Green$$," which will cover the basics of converting your home to solar energy, will be offered from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday and Thursday, Oct. 13th and 15th, on MAC's Park Hills campus. The $29 registration fee can easily be recouped in energy savings, and you will be helping the planet in the process. The instructor for the class is Jeffrey Ward who has previously been in the news for the eye-catching windmill he installed at his home in Farmington.
