College Advisement Registration Day for Students

2011 Schedule For The Day (Morning Programs)

Registration 8:45 – 9:15 Students pick up a packet of information and have their MAC ID made. Location: Fine Arts Building Foyer
Welcome and Orientation 9:15 – 10:00 On behalf of the college community, college representatives extend greetings. College staff present information about our community of learning. Location: Fine Arts Building – Theatre
Break 10:00 – 10:15 Enjoy refreshments
Student Peer Session 10:15 – 10:50 Current students and staff present a panel to answer questions regarding the experience students may have at MAC. Location: Fine Arts Building – Theatre	Family Session – Q and A 10:15 – 11:00 A follow-up to the 9:15 session. MAC staff answer questions regarding the experience students may have at MAC. Location: Arts & Sciences Building- Rice Lecture Hall
Advising and Registration 11:00 – noon Students meet with faculty advisors to discuss course possibilities and to officially register for the fall semester. Location: Faculty Offices/Computer Lab/ Course Registration Windows	Family Session – MAC in Action: A Sneak Preview 11:00 – noon Faculty lecture in their area of expertise. This is an introduction to the classroom experience at MAC. Location: Arts & Sciences Building- Rice Lecture Hall
Noon Students/Family Meet in Concourse Area Arts and Sciences Building For Your Information 12:30 – 3:30 Representatives from College Park, Student Services, Financial Aid, and the Business Office will be available to answer individual questions. College Park Tours available at the Club House.
