• BOOKSTORE FAQS:

Q: WHY DO YOU BUY SOME BOOKS BACK AND NOT OTHERS?

 A:  We buy textbooks at the current market value if one or more of the following criteria  are met:

        1.) The textbook has been ordered for the next term.

        2.) It is in resaleable condition-make sure you bring any accompanying CD with the book.

        3.) Used books are permitted for that class.

        4.) We don't already have all that we need.

        5.) It can be used at another college.

When a textbook goes into a new edition, the previous edition usually no longer has a market value, and so it won't be bought back.  Publishers, generally, are producing new editions on a two or three year cycle.
