Mineral Area College would like to thank the St. Francios County Rotary Club for hosting their annual basketball Shootout at the Bob Secrest Fieldhouse on campus at Park Hills. The Shootout was a success again this year and is an exciting event for the college and community.
The event was capped off by an over-time thriller, which the Cardinals won in the last second 85-83 over #19 Indian Hills (IA). Kenny Burke led the team with 20 points, and Tremaine Wilkeson sent the crowd home happy by sticking in an offensive rebound with under 2 seconds to go in OT.
