2007 at Hickman HS:

Josh has been selected as a preferred walk-on for the Mineral Area Cardinals in 2007-08.  He spent the last two seasons at Hickman High School, after playing as a freshman and sophomore at local Festus (Festus, MO) High School.  Elam was an All-District selection for Coach Kenny Ash at Hickman (15-13) this past season where he averaged 10.3 points, 4.7 rebounds, and 3.7 assists a game.  "Josh can shoot the ball and is a great competitior.  He is a quality person and we expect him to help us have another great season," added MAC Head Coach Corey Tate.
