2005 at Marshall HS:

Callaway joined the team in January, and spent a semester red-shirting at Mineral Area College.  He will be looking to continue where he left off by scoring 15.9 PPG, 4.7 RPG, 1.9 APG, 1.9 SPG, and shooting 39% 3FG at Kankakee (IL) CC during his freshman season in 2005-06.  Callaway was an Illinois All-State performer during his junior and senior seasons, an All-Region selection twice, earned All-City honors three times, was a Red West All-Conference honoree three times.  The Commandos were 29-6 in 2005, winning a Regional Championship under coach Lamont Bryant.  Callaway led the team with 28 PPG, 6 RPG, 4 APG, and 4 SPG, and was selected to participate in the Illinois All-Star game.  MAC fans will remember John Marshall Metro HS as the school where Cardinals and "Hoop Dreams" legend Arthur Agee graduated from in 1991.
