Question to ListServ:

We recently moved from JICS 6.4 HF8F to 7.1.3. In the old version we were able to save the contents of a chat room as .txt file. That feature is no longer visible in 7.1.3. Does anyone know how to save chat room contents in the new version?

• We noticed this as well. We’re now on 7.2.1 and the save button is still missing. We opened a support call to be told that the request has been forwarded to PD to get the button back. The faculty that used the feature in the past now just highlight and copy the chat transcript history and paste it into Word to be saved. We had to increase the number of entries saved in the transcript so accommodate this.
