I'm having a frustrating problem and wonder if anyone else has had the same problem and found a solution. When I paste text into a new page or
the quiz module, the font size becomes irregular, and Jenzabar won't let me make it uniform. If I highlight the text and select a font size, it
doesn't change the text. Also, anything I italicize or make bold appears larger than the rest of the text. (This happens even if I have typed the
text rather than pasted it.)

I just tried to copy and paste a couple of examples of what is happening into this email, but when I copy the text that isn't uniform and paste it into the email, the text looks just fine. It's only in Jenzabar that it looks like a drunken sailor has typed it!  I don't have as many problems when I type content directly into Jenzabar, but I would like to be able to copy and paste text from handouts when I create quizzes, and I have also been transferring content from handouts into new pages.

• One possible solution is to place the text from Word into Notepad or Wordpad and then copy from there into the textbox in Jenzabar. I have not tested this method for this specific problem, but since these programs strip out some of the formatting that Word generates, it helps to simplify the pasting process. Not a true fix to the problem, but it might help.

• Have you tried pasting it into Word first, changing the font and then copying over to the quiz? It'll ask if you want to clean it up and say 'yes'. I've tried that before and it does help (sometimes!).

• Try pasting it into Notepad or Wordpad so the Word formatting will go away. Then when you paste it back into Jenzabar, it uses that formatting instead of "fighting" with the Word formatting. That has worked for us.
